2. Review your finances

Review your existing mortgage and the payoff amount. In order to sell your home, you will have to spend some money. Expenses may include home improvements, inspections, survey, and relocation costs.


3. Choose an Agent

4. Assess the value of your home

We will help you assess the value of your home and provide price comparisons of what similar homes in your area sold for. Some factors that may affect the value of your home include location, the current housing market, the price of homes recently sold in your area, the number of buyers, and inventory. 5. Price your home

Pricing your home right will help your home to sell fast!  It is important to look at the facts when pricing your home. Not only should you consider what you need financially, but what the market trends are showing. Based on the information we provide you should be able to make an educated decision. 


6. Marketing Plan

At this point Corison Realty, LLC will develop a marketing strategy for your home based on proven methods! Our goal is to make sure your house shines for all to see! (see marketing section for more details)


7. Compare offers

Your agent will present all offers and terms to you. At this point, you may accept, reject, or counteroffer.


8. Escrow Created

Escrow is typically handled by a title company. The title company is a third party to which earnest money, contracts, and loan documents are held in trust until closing. During this time inspections are completed, disclosures are reviewed, surveys are obtained, and a title policy is reviewed.
